HALLMARKED
STERLING SILVER (HMS)-
925 grade Silver is only available in selected patterns and totally
hand finished with each piece carrying the Sheffield Hallmark to guarantee
the quality. Sterling Silver is occasionally subject to commodity market
price fluctuations. You will be notified of any price fluctuation at
the time of ordering prior to acceptance of your order.
SILVER
PLATED -
On Nickel Silver (EPNS) for those who appreciate the touch of silver
at a fraction of the cost. All EPNS pieces are hand polished after being
heavy deposit Electroplated with 99% pure silver onto 10% Nickel Silver
base metal blanks to give a lifetime of use.

Superbly hand finished cutlery giving a high resistance against staining
and corrosion to provide a lifetime of service.
Our knife blades are hot forged and hardened from high quality Stainless
Steel.

DELIVERY
TIME - Stainless
Steel and Silver Plated orders usually take up to 3 or 4 weeks. Silver
is made to order and can take up to 10 or 12 weeks.
MAIL
SHIPPING COSTS - Charges for delivery are in addition,
UK orders over £100.00 value £10.00. For all other countries
mail/shipping costs are plus 10% of order value.
PAYMENT
- Orders are
only despatched on pre-payment in full, either by cheque or Credit Card;
cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch, Delta and American
Express. Please note we are unable to accept Diners cards. Sterling
Silver orders need
25% deposit with the balance paid when orders are ready to despatch.
Your credit card company will convert English pounds to your own currency.
TAX
CHARGES - All
prices include VAT at 17.5% (Value Added Tax). Orders delivered outside
European Union will have the tax deducted.
WARRANTY
- If you are
not completely satisfied when you receive your order, you may return
it to us unused within 30 days for a full refund.
